The food was good, but unfortunately the service was extremely disappointing. From the moment we sat down, everything moved painfully slowly. It took a long time before anyone came to take our order, and throughout the meal it was difficult to get anyoneβs attention. Staff rarely checked on the table, and we were left waiting again and again. What bothered me most was that finished plates and dishes were left sitting all over our table for a very long time. Nobody came to clear them, even as more dishes arrived. At one point, the table was crowded with used plates and dishes while staff simply walked past. For a restaurant at this price level, that is unacceptable. The overall service felt disorganized, inattentive, and completely lacking in hospitality. You should not have to constantly wait and look around hoping someone will eventually come to your table. To make matters worse, the restaurant automatically adds a 20% gratuity. I have no problem tipping well for good service, but forcing customers to pay a 20% gratuity when the service is this poor is extremely frustrating. A gratuity should reflect the quality of the service, especially when customers are being ignored and d

I had a fantastic experience at Park27 Korean BBQ & Bar in Midtown. The restaurant has a modern and welcoming atmosphere, making it a great place to enjoy a meal with family, friends, or colleagues. The table-side Korean BBQ experience was both fun and interactive. The quality of the food was outstanding. The meats were fresh, well-marinated, and full of flavor, and there was a great variety to choose from. The side dishes were authentic and complemented the BBQ perfectly. Everything was served fresh, and the portions were generous, making it excellent value for the experience. Overall, Park27 is one of the best Korean BBQ restaurants in Midtown Atlanta. With delicious food, outstanding service, and a vibrant atmosphere, it's a place I would happily recommend to anyone looking for an authentic Korean BBQ experience. I'll definitely be coming back.

We had an amazing dining experience at Park 27! We were honestly a little skeptical before coming because we werenβt sure how many vegetarian options there would be or if weβd enjoy the food. But we were pleasantly surprised! Both the vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes were absolutely deliciousβfull of flavor, fresh, and beautifully prepared. Every dish we tried exceeded our expectations. A special shout-out to Alex, who took such great care of us. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful throughout our meal. His recommendations and friendly service made our experience even more enjoyable. We left impressed and will definitely be coming back. I highly recommend Park 27 to anyone looking for delicious Korean food, whether youβre vegetarian or not. Great food, outstanding service, and a wonderful overall experience!

the server was very talkative but suddenly have a cold attitude toward us after we told him that our meat was burnt and would like it to be taken away (they cooked the food for us on the table). We ordered the All you can eat for two, the food was sub par. Also we have no choice but to pay 20% for the tip?!

My wife and I went here for dinner on night two of our trip to Atlanta. I consider myself a Korean BBQ grill master, and this place lived up to the billing. For the price points, you get quality cuts of meat. Service is attentive. To ensure that you get everything you need, you may need to hit a button on the table a few times. However, once that is done, the servers are kind and helpful. We utilized the all you can eat for two people meal selection. It afforded us chicken bulgogi, Pork belly, pork Boston steak, beef brisket and pork bulgogi. All of the meat tasted fresh and was easy to cook. The one thing I recommend for improvement is recommending the order the cuts of meat come in. Bulgogi has sauce that tends to burn the grill. More inexperienced grillers may cook those first, resulting in a wait time between the next cut of meat. Overall, I really enjoyed my time.
